Compassionate Care in Your Time of Need

"I have so much to be thankful about with the care the staff at Richards showed me . Richard, Bryan, Sarah and Hayden took me through each step with kindness and professionalism. My husband was treated with respect and gentleness. The wake was handled so professionally and the guests all commented how truly dear Sarah was during the entire day and evening . My husband was honored by two fire departments and they all felt that whatever they needed to do was honored and accepted . The morning of Jimmy's funeral the line of fire trucks , motorcycles , Emts and multiple cars taking Jimmy to the church was handled with such precision. When getting to St.Joseph's on germantown rd the amount of people waiting was shockingly beautiful. Richard made each person feel appreciated by their presence and guided them to help me bring my beloved into church . The church was standing room only but felt all the love pouring out to my love . The fire truck couldn't bring Jimmy to the cemetery due to its size but Richard was there with a hearse so we could walk up to meet him and pallbearers, Jimmy's brothers in the fire departments . They mass in the church and cemetery was beautiful and lovingly prayed over by Father Jakob . We couldn't have gotten through this heartbreaking moment without Richards and St.Joseph's .
